Adding BTC-NVT LP Staking on Nerve Consensus
NerveNetwork is a decentralized cross-chain trading platform that aims to achieve seamless connectivity and asset flow between various blockchains. Established in 2019, NerveNetwork has achieved many milestones in the past 5 years, more bridges are being implemented, and more products are being developed, but we recognize that there are still some potential opportunities to further enhance the network’s value and user experience. From that perspective, we are now announcing an important decision that we believe will take NerveNetwork to another heights.
The Proposal
We propose to re-add BTC-NVT LP as a staking option on NerveNetwork main net. This will help to increase the liquidity of BTC and NVT on NerveSwap, providing users with more swapping choices and at the same time enabling the community to stake and earn via the BTC-NVT liquidity pool.
The Implementation
- Re-adding BTC-NVT LP Staking
Re-add the functionality of BTC-NVT LP staking on NerveNetwork, allowing users to provide their BTC and NVT to the liquidity pool and earn corresponding rewards.
- Reward Mechanism Modification
Nerve will provide consensus staking rewards to BTC-NVT LP providers. Users who stake BTC-NVT LP will be able to earn 10x more than single coin staking.

Supporting mainstream assets staking will bring better security to the entire network.
